Step #1: Pre-Move

RelocAid will accompany you from the beginning of your relocation process until the very end, starting while still in your home country.

Intake

After identifying your needs and wants, we set out a roadmap for your relocation process. We will deliver a step-by-step guide, giving an overview what clearly needs to be arranged to ensure a trouble-free relocation.

Immigration & permits

We guide you smoothly through all the required documents. We’ll apply for the (work)permits and get you through all the legalities quickly and hassle-free.

Housing and short stay

We offer search and advice in housing, via independent real estate agents in our network. Inspection, inventory and rental agreements are arranged. We assist in applying for utilities, telephone/internet and TV as well.

Step #2: The Move

RelocAid, having many years of experience, can organise the services efficiently. We can implement them as soon and as specific as possible. We can prevent you from tripping into pitfalls, by providing detailed advice, tailored to your situation.

Schools and childcare

Finding a safe and stimulating education for your children is essential. We can guide you through this process.

Household goods removals

RelocAid will help you out with all the required documents and make sure all your valuable furniture, cars and pets are nicely transported to your new country.

Dutch Authorities

We have extensive experience with Dutch authority regulations, and help you obtain a social fiscal number, open a Dutch bank account, register at the City Hall / municipality.

Step #3: Settling in

Our work doesn’t stop when you have settled in your new home. After you’ve moved, we continue the integration process by giving tailored services to really integrate in your new country.
